Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, the room we had was large and the bed was super comfortable, and the excellent breakfast selection allowed us to delight in fresh options every morning.

Everything was up to par.

Super king double room boasts sunlight and spaciousness, great for unwinding. Breakfast selection impresses with standout scrambled eggs, while the fan setup provides welcome relief from heat.

Room 8 gets quite stuffy, needing windows open for cooling, which leads to some road noise—ear plugs advised for light sleepers. The absence of a mobile showerhead is a missed functionality, too.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely spot, especially with our large breed dog. The gardens are beautiful, and it's just a short stroll to the city center. Breakfast was a delight—plenty of options to fill you up before exploring nearby attractions like Scone Palace.

My wife says that it would be great to have a dedicated dog walking area for families with pets.

Had a lovely stay! The location is super easy to get to the town center, just a quick stroll. The room was all nice and clean, and breakfast options were awesome! The only thing is that the room felt a bit cramped for us. But seriously, the attention from the staff was top-notch.

I had a lovely stay, enjoying the superb porridge for breakfast and the peaceful walks in Rodney Gardens across the road. There’s a nice sun terrace for relaxing. A cozy TV room if you want to chill indoors. The only downside was the old decor. a little refresh would make it even better, but it didn't stop me from having a great time! 😊

The location offers two walking routes into the town center in around 15 minutes. The room was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean, although slightly smaller than anticipated for a Victorian villa. Remarkably, no traffic noise reached the room despite being on a busy road due to effective secondary glazing. The breakfast experience stood out, featuring superb porridge and freshly prepared options, though the coffee could improve.
